Reiki
Reiki is a gentle energy healing technique, originating in Japan, that aims to balance the body’s energy centres, or chakras, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. It can help alleviate pain, reduce anxiety, and enhance the body’s natural healing abilities.
This energy healing technique promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. It is based on the idea that a universal life force energy flows through all living things, and when this energy is blocked or low, it can lead to physical, emotional, or spiritual imbalances.
During a Reiki session, you will be settled comfortably whilst I channel energy through my hands, by placing them lightly on or slightly above your body, to help clear blockages, reactivate the bodies natural healing process and restore balance.
Reiki is gentle, non-invasive, and can be used to support the body’s natural healing process. It is often used to reduce pain, alleviate anxiety, improve sleep, and enhance emotional clarity and is complementary to the other treatments that I offer.
